1. Scope
This portal is used to publish job openings, receive applications, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates. It is not a course platform, not a staffing agency, and does not issue certificates. The openings shown here are positions opened directly by Linuxhackingid.
2. Candidate Accounts
- Self-registration always creates an account with the Candidate role. The Reviewer and Admin roles are only granted by our team from the user management page - they cannot be selected when registering.
- One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that happens through your account.
- You can review currently signed-in devices and revoke sessions you don't recognize from the Account Settings page.
3. Accuracy of Application Data
You represent that all data you submit - identity, education history, work experience, certifications, portfolio links, and answers to any additional questions - is true, current, and your own. Data found to be falsified or belonging to someone else may disqualify your application at any stage, including after a job offer has been made.
4. No Recruitment Fees
The entire recruitment process at Linuxhackingid is completely free of charge. We never ask for payment for registration, tests, interviews, ticket or accommodation bookings, equipment purchases, security deposits, or an "administrative fee" under any other name. We also do not partner with any agency or travel bureau in the selection process.
All of our official communication comes only from the linuxhackingid.com domain and from this portal. If you receive a payment request or job offer claiming to be from us outside these channels, ignore it and report it to [email protected].
5. Documents You Upload
- Accepted document formats are PDF, DOCX, PPTX, XLSX and ZIP, with a maximum size of 20 MB per file. The specific limit for a CV is shown directly on the application form and may be smaller than that.
- You remain the owner of the documents you upload. By uploading them, you grant us permission to store, open, and share them internally with those handling selection for the position you applied to - and no further than that.
- Do not upload documents containing another company's trade secrets, a third party's personal data, or files you do not have the right to share.
6. Selection Process & Decisions
- Submitting an application does not guarantee a selection call, and taking part in selection does not guarantee a job offer.
- Selection decisions rest entirely with Linuxhackingid. We are not obligated to explain the reasons for rejection in detail.
- You can check your application status at any time from the "My Applications" page in the candidate dashboard. We do not promise a fixed timeframe for each stage.
- A job opening may be closed, changed, or cancelled at any time, including after your application has been submitted.
7. Withdrawing an Application
You can withdraw an application still in progress from its detail page in the dashboard. An application that has already finished - for example rejected, accepted, or already withdrawn - can no longer be withdrawn because its status is final. Withdrawing stops the selection process, but does not by itself delete your application data; see Privacy Policy for the retention period and how to request data deletion.
8. Prohibited Use
- Bulk-collecting job listing or candidate data (scraping) without our written permission.
- Applying on someone else's behalf, creating duplicate accounts, or submitting repeated applications automatically.
- Uploading harmful files, attempting to access another candidate's application or documents, and any attempt to bypass access restrictions.
- Using the messaging feature for promotion, spam, or harassing content.
Some requests are rate-limited per time period to prevent abuse. If you are rate-limited, wait a while before trying again.
9. Test Materials & Intellectual Property
Technical assessment questions, case studies, and other selection materials we provide belong to Linuxhackingid. They are for your own selection process only - do not distribute, publish, or share them with other candidates. Work you produce during a test remains your own, and we use it solely to assess your fit for the position you applied to.
10. Termination of Access
We may suspend or deactivate an account if these terms are breached, data is falsified, or unlawful activity occurs. Deactivation takes effect on the next request - a deactivated account can no longer sign in to the portal. You can also request your own account deactivation from the Account Settings page.
11. Limitation of Liability
We work to keep the job information on this portal available and accurate, but do not guarantee the service will always be free of disruption or error. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of this portal, including a lost job opportunity caused by a technical disruption or a data entry error made by the applicant.
12. Does Not Create an Employment Relationship
These Terms & Conditions govern use of the recruitment portal, and do not create an employment relationship, partnership, or any other bond between you and Linuxhackingid. An employment relationship arises only from a written employment agreement signed by both parties.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, including Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection for matters concerning candidates' personal data.
