Why Join

A workplace for people who are not done learning

We are a cybersecurity training company, so curiosity is not a value on a wall - it is part of the job description. Here is what you get from the day you join.

Visible Impact

The courses you design are taken by our students, and the pentest reports you write are read directly by a client's security team. No work stops in an internal folder.

Learning, Not Invoiced

Every Linuxhackingid course, bootcamp and lab is free for the team - along with an annual budget for external certifications like OSCP and tickets to security conferences.

Practitioners, Not an Ivory Tower

Your colleagues are pentesters, SOC analysts and engineers still working real cases. Code review and course review happen at the same desk.

A Rhythm You Set

Flexible hours with core hours of 10:00-16:00 WIB, a fully remote option for most technical roles, and meetings kept to what is necessary so focus time stays intact.

Work Culture

A small team, a high bar, no drama

Decisions are made quickly, your work is visible, and there is no layer of management for a good idea to get lost in.

  • Everyone still gets their hands dirtyInstructors still work through labs and CTFs; engineers still read the latest write-ups. Friday afternoon is research time, and what comes out of it is presented to the whole team.
  • Criticism gets read, not filedCourse material and code both go through open review. Student ratings are discussed together every month, and curriculum revisions come out of that - not out of a closed meeting.
  • Core hours, not office hoursAll we ask is that you are around from 10:00 to 16:00 WIB. The rest of the day is yours, and there is no culture of answering work messages after midnight.
  • Pay is discussed openlySalary ranges are listed on most openings, raises are reviewed twice a year against written criteria, and you are welcome to ask about the numbers in the first interview.
